Smart Maintenance is an effective and efficient form of maintenance using digital technologies and mass data to secure the demand-based availability of manufacturing facilities in the age of Industrie 4.0. Aside from guaranteeing machine availability in line with demand, data-based maintenance makes it possible to reduce operating costs and increase the lifetime of machines and facilities.

Learn from the best:

  • how digital technologies can be successfully integrated into maintenance processes;
  • how best practice companies manage to increase machine and facility availability with the help of data-based prediction methods and thus enhance production output;
  • which employee and organizational capabilities are essential in securing successful maintenance in the age of Industrie 4.0;
  • how enterprises remain competitive in the digital age by embracing corporate cultural and organizational change in maintenance;
  • which factors are decisive for the successful launch of Smart Maintenance business models.
